He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Leo F. Tweedlie and Carman Smalley; his wife Haruko Mikami Tweedlie; his daughter Catherine Mary Russell; and his siblings, Fredrick Tweedlie, Patrick Tweedlie, Robert Tweedlie, Catherine Carney and Carol Menear.
He is survived by: his children, Rose Ann Martin (Walter) of Goldsboro and Thomas Leo Tweedlie (Renee) of Ohio; and his siblings, Joseph Tweedlie of Benwood, WV and Isabella Tweedlie of Wheeling, WV.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
