He is survived by: his wife Annette Toole Neumann; his children, Darrell Neuman (Rebecca) of Smithfield, Sampson Neumann (Jessica) of Smithfield and Susan Neumann of Smithfield; his siblings, Edward Neumann of New Jersey, Michael Neumann of South Carolina, Cheryl Spencer of New York and Julie Gibbons of New York; and his granddaughters, Emma and Sarah Neumann.
