He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Forest and Elizabeth May Whitten Miller; and his son Butch Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Janice H. Miller; and his children, Forest E. Miller of Whitley, TX, Joe Anderson of Denver, Mike Miller (Charlotte) of Granite Shoals, TX, Lisa Brennan (Mike) of Palm Coast, FL, Betty Barlow (Sandra Neiman), Lori Rose (Barry) of Princeton and Patty Humphrey (Jackie Johnson) of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by twenty-eight grandchildren, forty-eight great-grandchildren, and seventeen great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to St.Jude Children's Research Hospital.
