She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Griffith and Alice Myers Griffith; her husband Larry Mackie; her granddaughter Katie McCloud; and her brothers, Paul Griffith and Dave Griffith.
She is survived by: her pets, Henry and Millie; her daughter Stephanie; her son-in-law Andy Anderson; her grandchildren, Melissa Turner (Chris), Braxton Allen McCloud and Summer Scarlett McCloud; her sister Karen Askins (David Angeli); and her friends, Brenda Tyndall, Faye Massey and Denise Webb. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews she loved.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Cemetery (3888 US-70, Princeton, NC 27569).
