She is survived by: her parents, Christopher Philyaw and Wendy Whitley Philyaw; her children, Bentley Hickey, Leighton Hickey and Brynlee Kate Philyaw; her brothers, Dustin Philyaw (Krystal), Blake Philyaw, Brett Philyaw and Blaine Philyaw; her nieces, Samantha Philyaw and Kaylee Philyaw; and her nephew Liam Philyaw of Princeton.
