Moore; his grandchildren, Denise R Moore, Mia J. Moore, Desmond Crockett-Moore and Faith Moore-Boswell (Ty); his great grandchildren, DeJah R Moore, Charde Fenner, Chase, Ty Boswell and Jasmine Rodriguez; his sister Grace Elizabeth Moore; and his sons, Yasmine Artis, Kiandria Dixon and Xamia Applewhite. He is also survived by other great-grands, nieces, nephews and other family members.
