He is survived by: his wife Lorna Griffith Grimes; his children, Michelle Grimes of Wilmington, Michael Grimes (Kristie) of Tampa Florida, Matthew Grimes of Princeton and Monte Grimes (Tina) of Princeton; his grandchildren, Micaela Stanley, Brett Grimes, Chase Chabanik, Jake Grimes, Stormy Grimes, Mia Nichols and Mataya Grimes; his great grandchildren, Lillian Stanley and Grayson Nichols; and his siblings, Donald Grimes, Carolyn Clark and Joyce Kaprich.
