She is survived by: her sons, Johnnie Fields of Wilmington, Gary Fields of LaGrange and Jan Fields (Terri) of Little River, SC; her grandchildren, Skyler Fields of Princeton and Logan Fields of Little River, SC; and her sister Sue Horne (Rex) of Knightdale, NC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
