It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Emma Lee Howell (Princeton, North Carolina), who passed away on February 12, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sanders Game and Emma Blackman Game; her husbands, Robert Booker Pendergraft and William Duffy Howell; her son William Ashley "Billy" Howell; her son-in-law David William Gardner; and her brothers, Bobby Game and Al Game.
She is survived by: her children, Robert "Bob" Pendergraft, Jr. (Kim), Bonnie Davis (Frank) and Cova Gardner; her daughter-in-law Patty Howell; her grandchildren, Ashley Prince (Kinley), Brooke Willis (Erik), Caitlyn Howell, Taylor Gardner (Mackenzi), Hayden Gardner, Kalas Pendergraft, Karli Pendergraft, Robert Ormond and Renee Ormond; her great grandchildren, Eden Gardner, Trey Ormond, Leo Prince, Laci Prince and Zeke Willis; her siblings, Jack Game and Ruby Game McIntosh; her friend Jimmy Grantham; and her caregivers, Christine Pendergraft, Susan Martin and Beverly Hilliard. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Princeton Baptist Church (211 S Pearl St, Princeton, NC 27569). A celebration of life was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
