She was predeceased by: her husband Edgar Lee Davis; her parents, Edward Mozingo and Ruth Mozingo; and her brother Billy Mozingo. She is survived by: her children, Pamela R. Davis of Princeton and Kim Davis of Princeton; her sister Marie Smith (Carlos) of Goldsboro; her nephew Michael Mozingo of Clinton; and her grandson Tazer. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
