She is survived by: her daughter Mary Barnack of Goldsboro; her grandchildren, Gregory F. Givens (Amber), Meredith M. Givens (Cody), Andrew R. Givens (Laura), Christopher Barnack (Britny) and Mirinda Barnack; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Jaxon, Hunter, Christie and Harper.
