He was predeceased by: his father Tommy Hubert Rogers; and his sister Candace Rogers Singleton. He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Braswell Rogers; his daughters, Heather Rogers of Durham and Heidi Leonard of Rosewood; his grandchildren, Coleman Bragg, Kaden Leonard, Aria Leonard and Amelia Leonard; and his siblings, Benjamin Rogers (Betty) of Wilson, Will Rogers (Sherrie) of Goldsboro and LaRue Rogers Tart (John II) of Grantham. He is also survived by his family and friends, especially his grandchildren.
