He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ellis (Donnie) and Mary Aycock Ellis; his sister Suette Ellis Sullivan; and his nephews, Timothy Dwayne Slaughter and Stacey Glen Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Parrish Ellis; his children, Donovan Ellis (Carla) of Four Oaks and Crystal Ellis Fulcher (Linne) of Gravette; his grandchildren, Jacob Ellis, Brycen Fulcher, Bryana Fulcher and Braydin Fulcher; his great grandchild Bella Fulcher; his sisters, Debbie Slaughter (Stan) of Mars Hill, Angie Thompson (Randy) of Pine Level and Tammy Ellis Weeks of Pine Level; and his aunt Harlene Sasser of Pikeville.
