She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Palmer Carter and Mildred Cornelia Snipes Carter. She is survived by: her husband Jeromie Lee "J. L."; and her children, Richard Rinehart (Melissa) of Princeton, Edward Aycock (Carol) of Huntsville, James Rinehart (Bonnie) of Princeton and Tammy Pittman Mizelle (David) of Washington, NC.
