He is survived by: his parent Sarah Best Marriner; his spouse JoAnn Eason Marriner; his child Charles "Chuck" Marriner, Jr.; his wife Cristal; his friend Jannah; his grandchildren, Brandy Marriner, Brett Marriner, Parker Marriner, Mason Marriner, Amelia Marriner and Ashley Marriner; his children, Rocky Point Dr, Dudley Christian Church and O'Berry Road; and also, Steven Alan Marriner (Matilda) and Ashley Brent Marriner.
