She was predeceased by: her husband James Donald Oates; and her parents, James Clyde and Gertrude Payne Moody. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Jo Robinson (late Ronald) of Providence, Jeff Oates of Eddyville and Lesa Wynn of Eddyville; and her sister Carolyn Brunson of Paducah. She is also survived by four grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
