It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Thorner Morris (Powellsville, North Carolina), who passed away on February 2, 2019, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Clara Gilliam Morris; his son Devin Morris of Elizabeth City, NC; his stepson Ricardo Clark; his brothers, Daries Morris, Jr. (Lillian) of Bumpass, VA and Earl Morris of Colerain, NC; his grandson Xavier Clark; and his mother-in-law Geraldine Thompson of Windsor, NC. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, other relatives and friends.
