He was predeceased by: his parent Taylor Smith Harrell III. He is survived by: his parent Faye Jones Harrell; his sister Deborah H. Little (Gregg); his uncles, Carlton Harrell (Audrey) of Durham and Larry Jones (Barbara) of Marysville, WA.; and also, Megan Faye of Poplar Branch, Melissa and Sheila. He is also survived by son, brother and uncle.
