It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul E. Grandy Sr. (Poplar Branch, North Carolina), who passed away on May 31, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bryan Grandy and Mamie Ferebee Grandy; his children, Terri Trahan (Randy) of Chesapeake, VA, Paul Grandy, Jr. (John), Tommy Grandy of Jarvisburg and John Grandy; his siblings, Frank (Judy), Margaret Spence (Don), Betty Stone, Clinton (Adora), Jo Wallace (Carroll), Pat Davis (Fred), Mary Schwarga (Greg) and Charlie (Donna); his grandchildren, Craig, Chesney, Amy and Trevor; his great grandchildren, Allison and Grayson; and his siblings, Melvin and Arlene. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
