It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles H. Brooks (Poplar Branch, North Carolina), who passed away on March 6, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Brooks and Stella Brooks; his wife Elaine; his sons, Larry H. Brooks (Kim) and Charles H. Brooks; his siblings, Larry G. Brooks (Debbie), Phyllis Soule (Brandon Lea), Sandi Soule, Lisa Brooks and Brenda Brooks; and his grandchildren, Colby, Whitney, Jason and Chad Brooks (Savannah). He was also cherished by three great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives, in-laws, and extended family members and friends.
