She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathaniel Fulcher and Edith Toler Fulcher; her brothers, David Kafer Fulcher, Charles Hollister Fulcher and James Nathan Fulcher; her husband Silas Ronald Toler, Sr.; and her son Silas Ronald Toler, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Yvonne Aycock of Pollocksville and Diane Zymroz of Vanceboro; and her grandchildren, Melinda Sawyer (Andre) of Raleigh, Kevin Aycock (April) of Pollocksville, Anthony "T. J." Zymroz (Niekie) of Vanceboro, Erik Toler (Barbra) of Brevard, Jason Toler of Smithfield and Nicky Bennett (Scott) of Smithfield. She is also survived by her family, especially her great grandchildren.
