He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Kenneth "Joe" Marshall and Georgia Irene Marshall (Lynn); and his brother Daniel Lynn Marshall. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Irene Strachan, Sarah Ann Mocarski (Andrew) and Kyle Dalton Marshall (Jessica); his grandchildren, Maverick James Acuna, Maren Elise Strachan, Dominick Marshall Acuna and Julia Jacqueline Bond; his siblings, David Marshall (Willa) of Spiceland, IN, Doug Marshall of Straughn, IN., Sharon Mullen of Cambridge City, IN, Vickie Witham (Gary) of Spiceland, IN, Marina Hartwig (Jeff) of New Castle, IN and Amy Grubbs (Derek) of New Castle, IN.; and his sister-in-law Diana Leslie Marshall (Bowen).
