He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles C. Delph, II and Patsy Lee Medearias Delph. He is survived by: his sons, Jay Robert Lee Delph (Sharon) of Pollocksville and Charlie Clayton Delph; and his siblings, Clint Delph of Vanceboro, Chris Delph of Bridgeton, Tina Delph of Vanceboro and Regina Engeseth of California. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
