He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jane Higginbotham Threadgill; his children, Phillip Threadgill of Polkton, Joel Threadgill of Polkton, Traci Smith (Randy) of Peachland and Wanda Swaringen (Bradley); and his grandchildren, Colt Threadgill of Matthews, Byron Threadgill (Allie) of Wadesboro, Austin Threadgill of Millingport, Doug Smith (Brooke) of Lancaster, SC, Devin Smith of Peachland, Brittney Thomas (Michael) of Longs, SC and Drake Bowers (Jenny) of Norwood. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
