She is survived by: her son Vincent M. Johnson, Sr. of Plymouth, NC; and her sisters, Margaret Spellman of Virginia, Beulah Spellman of New York and Cynthia Johnson of Elizabeth City, NC. She is also survived by four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
