He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Alexander Cratch and Gladys Irene Cratch; and his children, Kathleen Blair and Bradley Cratch. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Smalley; his children, Beverly Allen, Robert Blair (Alicia) of Carson, VA, Russell Blair (Angelicia) and Randall Blair (Cameron) of Benson, NC; and his grandchildren, Sara Allen, Shelby Allen, Nicholas Blair, Noah Blair, Aidan Blair, Liam Blair, Elijah Blair and Lauren Blair.
