She was predeceased by: her parents, Ecil Rader and Pearl Meadows Rader; her husband Henry Bryant Sawyer; her son William "Mike" Sawyer; her siblings, Alan Burl Rader, Howard Rader and Anna Lee Humphreys; and her sister-in-law Peggy Rader.
She is survived by: her children, Rita Cottingham of Walterboro, SC, Penny S. Waters (Tony) of Pinetown and Henry Craig Sawyer (Kim) of Plymouth; her grandchildren, Hillary Faithe Cottingham, Caitlin Cottingham, Rebecca Ann Stone, Kristin Sawyer, Elijah Craig Sawyer, Anthony Tyler Waters (Danielle), Allison Waters and Alex Bryan Waters; her great grandchildren, Kyle Stone, Bridgette Stone, Avery Stone and Walker Tyler Waters; her brother Sidney Arthur Rader of Virginia Beach, VA.; and her niece Beth Floyd of Plymouth.
