He was predeceased by: his father Michael Ronald Barnes, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Bernice Godwin of Tarboro, NC; his daughter Mikeita Barnes of Tarboro, NC; and his sisters, Muriel Knight of Rocky Mount, NC, Alisa Barnes of Rocky Mount, NC and Connie Barnes of Greenville, NC. He is also survived by one grandchild with a host of other relatives and friends.
