She was predeceased by: her father Sam C. Patrick; her husband Carl Ray Alexander; and her grandchildren, Amanda Rhodes and Seth Forbes. She is survived by: her daughters, Julie A. Smith (Wade) of Greenville, Paula A. Willis (Gene) of Plymouth and Carla A. Forbes (Earnest) of Richmond Hill, GA; her grandchildren, Joshua Roughton, Colleen Roughton, Allison Patrick, Ernest Smith, Joshua Forbes and Aaron Forbes; her great grandchildren, Jessica Roughton, Jacob Roughton, Gracelynn Roughton, Ashlee Horton, Axxon Patrick and Sophia Forbes; and her brother Rudy Patrick (Flora) of Columbia.
