He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Benjamin and Isabel Roach Debarr. He is survived by: his wife Betty E. DeBarr; his children, Sarah E. Mangone (Vince) of Camden, SC and Charles W. DeBarr, II (Teresa) of Ft. Wayne, IN; his grandchildren, Melissa Sullivan of Heath Springs, SC, Tiffany Hollifield of Columbia, SC, Frank Warner of Fresno, CA and Christina Rayl of Fremont, IN; and his sister Carolyn Plaster of Christiansburg, VA.. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
