With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carol Outten of Plymouth, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 8, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James O'Connor and Mary Donahue O'Connor; her husband John Winston Outten; her son John Dana Outten; and her sisters, Pat O. Kennedy and Peggy O. Kile.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey A. Outten (Fennette) of Hot Springs, AR and Robert L. Outten (Connie) of Southern Shores, NC; her daughter-in-law Audrey Outten of Roper; her grandchildren, Lindsay Gullett (Ryan), Stacia Pentrancosta (Christopher), Elizabeth Outten, Stephen Outten (Ashley), Graham Outten, Caroline O'Neill (Jim), Catherine Olivo (Andy) and John Outten (Emily); and her great grandchildren, Gwen Gullett, Ellis Gullett, Tate Pentrancosta, Maryn Pentrancosta, Charles Olivo, Mary Claire Olivo, Sydney Olivo, Emery Outten, Locklyn Outten, Collins O'Neill and Elliott Outten.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Episcopal Church (106 Madison St, Plymouth, NC 27962). A reception will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Church Parrish Hall. A burial will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at the Grace Episcopal Church (106 Madison St, Plymouth, NC 27962).
