Burl Alexander touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Dunn Walker and Ethelyn Nichols Walker; and his siblings, Betty Rhoads, John Walker of North Carolina and Sonny Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Szypulski Walker of Plymouth, NC; his children, Dan Walker of California, Kim Walker Patton of South Carolina, Manja Morris of Arkansas, Brooke Davis of Arkansas and Erin Johnson of Arkansas; his sister Jean Jasinski of Virginia; his cousin Judy Nicholson of North Carolina; his nephew Larry Nicholson of North Carolina; and his niece Kristie Nicholson of North Carolina. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the VFW or the American Legion.
