She was predeceased by: her parents, Farrell Hughes and Lottie Hughes; her husband Hayne Phillips; her son-in-law Johnny Hill; and her sister-in-law Barbara Hughes.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki Hill of Roan Mountain, TN, Sue Robertson (Alan) of Marion and Jeffery Phillips (Kim) of Plumtree; her grandchildren, Todd Hill (Denise), Kevin Hill (Heather), Beth Morris (Corey) and Sarah Whitson (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Jonathan (Kelsi), Ariel, Noah, Piper and Kaylee; her stepgrandchild Kelly Cross (Brandon); her great grandchild Mariah; and her siblings, Patsy Hill (Carroll), Dennis Hughes of Roan Mountain, TN. and Donald Hughes (Lolamae) of Roan Mountain, TN.. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
