She was predeceased by: her father Frank James Pulley; her husband Harold Lee Shelburne, Sr.; and her brother Leonard T. Pulley. She is survived by: her children, Harold L. Shelburne, Jr. (Anita) of Emporia, VA and Kathy Butler of Pleasant Hill; her siblings, Loftin M. Pulley (Cynthia) of Pleasant Hill and Louise Wilkins (Roy Wilkins); and her sister-in-law Sarah Pulley. She is also survived by three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
