He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Collins and Verda Collins; and his siblings, Vernell Kennedy, Delphia Leonard, Voys Idol, Inez Causey, Bill Collins, Needham Collins and Raymond Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Collins; his daughters, Barbara C Decker (Floyd Jr.) and Wendy C Jackson (David); his grandchildren, Tra Decker, Tiffany Jade Duncan (William), Misty Loman Yountz (Patrick), Colby, John (Megan) and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Cayleigh, Ellie, Mattis, Bristol, Charlotte and Maxx; and his pets, Annie, Cotton and Oscar.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to Midway Baptist Church.
