William Strader Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Strader (Pleasant Garden, North Carolina), who passed away on December 24, 2022 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mattie Strader and Galveston Strader of Greensboro; his wife Cleo Strader; and his son William Franklin Strader, II (Johnny) of Greensboro. He is survived by: his son Steve Strader (Virgie) of Boca Raton; and his grandchildren, Jason (Kelly) of Trinity, Kristin of Goldsboro, Jessica (Casey) of Greensboro, Jonathan (Christian) of Charleston, Stephanie (Danny) of Parkland, Christina (Chelsey) of Denver and Jenn (Craig) of Nashville. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
