He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Elbert Sisk and Aldera "Sally" Sisk; and his daughter Michelle Ann Sisk. He is survived by: his son Matthew Sisk of Climax; the mother of his children Mary Ann Sisk; his brother William Randy Sisk (Beth) of Randleman; his niece Tonya Sisk Nelson (Marc) of Pleasant Garden; and his nephew William Chad Sisk (Kim) of Climax.
