With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Otis L. Taylor of Pleasant Garden, North Carolina, born in Blackshear, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 21, 2024 at the age of 90. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilton DeWitt Taylor and Helen Mae Lord Taylor; and his brothers, Wilbur Taylor and Robert Taylor. He is survived by: his children, Dianne Turner of Pleasant Garden, Deb Taylor of Topeka, Kansas, Stephen Taylor of Pompano Beach, Florida and Chris Taylor of Pompano Beach, Florida; and his siblings, Marvin Taylor of Greensboro, Katherine Gillespie (Beverly) of Greensboro and Margie Falls (Winfred) of Greensboro. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Otis' 17+ year battle with Alzheimer's proved to be challenging and difficult.
