He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilton Taylor and Helen Taylor Smith; and his wife Barbara Taylor. He is survived by: his brothers, Robert, Wilbur and Otis Taylor; his daughters, April Haumann of Greensboro and Angie Brown (Tim) of Pleasant Garden; his sisters, Katherine Gillespie of High Point and Margie Falls (Winfree) of Greensboro; his siblings-in-law, Ken Saunders (Charlotte) of Pleasant Garden, Peggy Saunders of Greensboro and Brenda Taylor of Pleasant Garden; his grandchildren, Hayden Haumann, Alex Brown, Austin Brown (Sami) and Jordan Chilton (Caleb); and his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Holden, Aiden Chilton, Asher, Oaklynn and Avery Brown.
