He was predeceased by: his father Charles Van Hoy; and his brother Chuck. He is survived by: his wife Sebrina; his daughters, Haileigh (Brian Henson), Kaitlin (Ian) and Krista; his mother Betty Van Hoy; and his sisters, Neda Van Hoy and Dottie Hair.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Julian Lions Club, the American Heart Association, or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
