She was predeceased by: her parents, Blye Hash and Sarah Lou Peak Hash; her husband Homer Kenneth Clemons; her daughter Patricia Maxine Lee; her grandson Charles Hall; and her siblings, Lucille H. Riley and Darrell Hash.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie C. Cates of Pleasant Garden; and her brother Jerry Hash of Mouth.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Stevens Creek Church of God of Prophecy.
