He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryon Daniel White, Sr. and Irene White (Dill); and his siblings, Louise Durr, Joyce Cushing and Gilbert White.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy White of Pleasant Garden; his children, Steven White of Raleigh and Tara White of Mcleansville; his grandson Stephan Martinez of Mcleansville; and his sister Doris Mertz of Fort Myers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
