He is survived by: his grandfather Riley Maness; his parents, Kelly Smithey and Danny Smithey; his siblings, Danielle Smithey Sockwell and Matthew Stevenson Smithey; and his pet Ace. He is also survived by four uncles, three cousins, a niece, a nephew.
