With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bobby Lee Ward of Pleasant Garden, North Carolina, born in Stokes, North Carolina, who passed away on January 21, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Ward and Maude Morton Ward; his daughter Janet Lee Ward; his brothers, Frankie Ward and Ralph Wayne Ward; and his sister-in-law Erika Ward.
He is survived by: his wife Claudia Williams Ward; his children, Karen Browne (Hal) of Greensboro, Terry Ward (Karen) of Greensboro and Michelle Tesh (Russell) of Mocksville; his grandchildren, Tara Peed (Stephen), Bradley Browne, Brooke Ward (Jason Hughes), Annie Tesh, Rachel Vasquez (Bob), Emily Tesh and Robbie Tesh; his great grandchildren, Hunter Peed, Landon Peed and Merritt Peed; his siblings, Dean Ward of Greensboro, Gail Scott (Ron) of Greensboro and Judy Gregory (Garry) of Greensboro; and his sister-in-law Martha Ward.
Social distancing guidelines will be followed and face coverings are required.
