He was predeceased by: his wife Helen "Tootie" Britt Gordon; his parents, Joe Gordon and Blanche Gordon; and his sister Betty Jo Gordon. He is survived by: his children, Bradley Gordon and Dana Chamberlain; his grandchildren, Brittany Blake (Tony), Brayden Gordon and Nathan Chamberlain; his great grandchild Avery Blake; and his friends, Adrian Haris, Marvin and Kathy Huber.
