She is survived by: her mother Barbara Ratliff Eaves; her husband Kenneth Cheek; her daughter Carrie Eaves of Pittsboro; her stepson Rasheed Roc Cheek of Greensboro; her siblings, Herbert S. Eaves of Pittsboro, Kenneth Darryl Eaves of Pittsboro, Efrem Eaves (Teresa) of Pittsboro, Christopher Eaves (Renee) of Pittsboro and Venna Price (Terry) of Siler City; her grandchildren, Malachi, Iverson, Paris and Haayana; and her sister Jacqueline West of Sanford. She is also survived by nieces, and nephews that she loved dearly, other relatives and friends.
