She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Donlon Ledwith and Thomas Ledwith. She is survived by: her husband Roger Jacoby of Pittsboro, NC; her children, Todd Jacoby of Bronx, NY, Jennifer Jacoby of Mineola, NY and Tara Jacoby of Miami, FL; her siblings, Thomas Ledwith (Ellen), Patricia Rutledge (Ray), Noreen Malone and Michael Ledwith; her cousin Denise Donlon (Gary); and her brother-in-law Randy Jacoby (Rita). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
