She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Allen Cotten, Sr. and Leala Burnette Cotten; and her siblings, Harold, Robert Jr., Rufus and Amanda.

She is survived by: her children, Charles Fuller Cotten, Linda Cotten and Lena Cotten (Charles); and her grandchildren, Gary, Sarina, Lynette, Pam, Phyllis, Michael, Alvin, Allena and Bishop R. Riley of Georgia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
