She was predeceased by: her parents, George Fox and Lessie Fox; her husband Rudolph Simmons "Mankind"; and her daughter Von Sheral Simmons. She is survived by: her children, Linda Fox Percell, Jimmy Lee Fox (Jodie), Lessie Fox Lee Cain (Richard), Deirdre Foxx Hopkins (Myron) and Dennis Delano Simmons (Provita). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
