He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald J. Ballard, Sr. and Fairy Stauring Ballard; and his siblings, Janet Allen and Gerald Ballard (Jake). He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughter Sue Schwarzweller (Tom) of Fuquay-Varina, NC; his granddaughters, Samantha (Ashley) and Katy Schwarzweller; his son Bob Ballard (Karen) of Farmington, NY; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Sarah and Cassie; and his brother Donald J. Ballard, Jr. (Bob).
